Loved the taste of my sandwich from there my only complaint is the bread is almost too hard to eat n hardly held in the meat cuz... they are more thin than subways subs. Now I did notice the website says they disinfect between customers, but I didn't seeanyone disinfecting between anyone honestly. Staff was friendly n very helpful. Read more
I?m rating this store a 2 because of how slow it is?. I placed an order an hour ago and it still hasn?t been delivered. Called... the store and they mentioned the delivery driver was ?in the hospital and on his way back? excuse me what??? How is someone whowas in the hospital suppose to be on delivery duty?? This was my first ever visit to Jimmy Johns. Poor CS. Sent me on my way without putting my sandwich in a bag and no napkins. ... She appeared frightened of me for some reason and I was very cordial with the young lady. I also asked if they offered amilitary discount...she told me "no...it's a franchise thing." The sandwich was excellent, however, it seemed overpriced.Won't ever go back! I enjoy the competitions sandwichs and I get a 25% military discount to boot. Read more
Obviously as a new establishment there is an expectation that this place be clean, and it certainly is. The food is standard JJ... fare that is always delicious. The staff really make this location wonderful, they are kind and funny, willing make conversationand even remember certain quirks that customers have. My coworkers and I enjoy hitting this location after a long day at workfor this reason. Read more
