It looked as if the dining area was closed, but I was going to the drive thru anyway. The line was really long. I thought they... were just very busy that night, so I decided to wait it out. The line in drive thru was moving incredibly slow ???? when I gotto the speaker it was easy to understand why. The girl was not listening to anything I said and it was a very simple order, buteverytime she repeated it back to me she had entered the wrong thing. It took about a dozen tries for her to understand "12piece bucket of chicken, original, both light and dark meat." At least my order was correct when they finally handed it to me atthe window, but I should not have had to repeat myself and correct her so many times and don't know how much simpler I couldhave explained what I was wanting. Think about how it's inconveniencing and frustrating your customers before putting youremployee with the most participation trophies on a register, much less the drive through. Read more
I'm not sure why this location gets so many bad reviews, I just left here after having lunch and I must say the entire staff was... friendly, happy, and upbeat! The food was hot & fresh. The place was not dirty and ran down! I gotta give props to every singleworker in KFC on 11/7/22 at 11:30 am. WAY TO AM.! excellent services, excellent food, and great attitudes! Read more
Store hours state they open at 11. I arrived for a mobile order at 10:45 and the lobby is closed. I proceed to the drive thru... and hours also state they open at 10:30am. I sat at the intercom for 5 minutes and nobody came across to take my order. I thenproceed to the drive thru window and continued to sit for another 5 minutes before I called the delivery company I work for tocancel the order. I guess the heard me talking and finally came to acknowledge me. I tell the woman I had a delivery orderand.....my order still isn't started 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. This store is slow and unorganized with mosttheir employees being incompetent. Read more
This is a pretty consistently disappointing establishment and whoever is in charge of it should care more. I tried this place... consistently and most of the time they are out of various chicken, drinks and sides. You cannot consistently get food items youwant, sometimes for weeks (I?ve tried weekly). For them to have all items listed on any given combo is SUPER rare. Couple thatwith the wait time in drive thru because their lobby has been closed since the pandemic, it?s a very frustrating experience andyou haven?t even gotten your food. You?re better off spending the time you would wait in line to order, only to be told theyhave none of it, driving 20 minutes to Henderson?s KFC. Do not chance the wait for this place. Read more
Some were able to order infront of me in the drive thru but I was not and there were approx 2-3 cars behind me. Had to drive... over the curb to get out of the drive thru. Read more
The dining room is not open at this location. I have never got my order wrong, but the drive through is slow. Also, its hard to... see the menu at night because it's not lit up. The workers are friendly and respectful. Read more
Chicken sandwich says fry to order. Mine was not and was very cool if not cold. My guess is this is a company store because if... it was owned by someone I would think they would take more Pride. Read more
Bought an 8 piece Xtra crispy family meal for $30+ dollars!!!!! The sides were BARELY warm and the chicken was 50% batter!!!! ... They were out of PEPSI, which is WILD.... The lady was super sweet and took VERY GOOD CARE OF ME AND I LOVE HER ??. Read more
