The tale of two cities. I first ordered a meal that was not what it was supposed to be. The manager....Crystal made everything... right. My greatest respects to her. She made sure I was no longer disappointed. She needs to be commended for her actions. Shecould have turned her head away and just did the normal thing. She asked if we wanted a drink while we were waiting.....and thenbrought our meal out to us with a formal apology. There is little personal customer service anymore...but she exemplified justthat. I spent $40.00 for 8 pcs chicken and lg.order of chicken livers. There was no legs in my order, nor did I get any rolls. The... chicken livers was $8.99 and I only got six, hate to see what a small order Is. To top it off all of it was cold. I usually goto Lee,s 2 or 3 or 3 times a month and usually always small order and same price. WELL you can kiss that $40.00 goodbye cause Iwon't be back. The last several times I have gone to Lee's on st. Joe evansville indiana I have received orders I didn't place and every single... time the buns for sandwiches are far to small and taste bad. The chicken and potatoes wedges are cold. Please get a morequality bun please. I loved the shredded BBQ chicken sandwich they used to have in summer but the bun ruins it. I have alwaysordered the pot pie but the last time I ordered it, it was burned. Got the fish and it was one small gross piece of frozenfish. Just wow! If I pay $10 for lunch please make it tolerable. I live in Henderson Kentucky we had a Lee's Chicken there years ago but they closed down. So when we went to visit our son in... Evansville I was excited when I seen they had a Lee's Chicken. We went through and got several meals each one of them were verygood. I will definitely go back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Lee's Chicken. Went for lunch at 12:30 in the afternoon. Got a 3 piece tenders, if I could give zero stars I would. First off, I ordered a half... and half tea, it taste likes syrup. My silverware was laying IN my mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything is VERY bland. Thechicken breading was soggy, but the chicken it's self was SUPER dry. The green beans have absolutely no taste. And I got ahockey puck burnt biscuit. Do yourself a favor and go to KFC or literally anywhere else that sells chicken. Not to mention theunfriendly staff, and high prices. Read more
