Just want to make a quick update, we've been back several times and I tried their lasagna and it is to die for, best lasagna I... have ever eaten, you've got to try it. This is mine and my wife's first visit to Little Italy. A first impression as we walkedin side the front area was the glass door was really dirty, we almost turned and left but we decide to push through to see ifthe restaurant was dirty, it wasn't. If it had been we would have left, but it is a cozy little place, we chose to sit in abooth. The place is warm and inviting with a fire in the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. The waitress was friendlythough we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our meal. We were there at lunch time. I ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, youget five large shrimp for $4, good price, very tasty, and the wife ordered a salad. Not sure why we waited nearly 30 minutes forit, but we finally received our meals, they were good. The fettuccine was El Dante and there was plenty of alfredo sauce, thebread and Olive oil they provided was very good, we enjoyed that immensely. It's a nice place, we enjoyed going, we will goback. Outstanding place. The services was fantastic and the food was delicious. From walk in to finishing our dinner for two it took... only 30 minutes and we took our time to eat. When I say I was served up a slice of heaven whem I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza, I'm not exaggerating. The crust was... beautiful and delicious the toppings even more so. This is a local gem that we need to keep open! Perfect for a date night orjust to treat yourself you definitely don't wanna miss out on this Italian restaurant. My and sister & I decided to take an impromptu road trip for dinner and ended up in Evansville, Indiania @ Little Italy. The... owner, Carlos, is fantastic! He came out to the table and welcomed us to his restaurant when he found out we were from St.Louis.He sat and took pictures with us and talked for a little bit even while handling a full establishment. We had an excellentwaitress named, Danielle, and, of course, the food was delicious. We felt very welcomed since we drove to Evansville, Indianiafrom St. Louis, Missouri and had never been there before. My fiancée and I went out last weekend for a little Valentines Day treat. For some unknown reason, I never associate Italian... food with seafood, even though their entire country is pretty much surrounded by water ???? I decided to try out the Crab Cakesmeal, and my fiancée had ordered the Chicken & Potato. We also ordered some Fried Zucchini for an entrée, and a cannoli fordesert. The Zucchini was delicious, every slices seemed like it was perfectly coated and came out piping hot and tasted verygood. Having never had crab cakes before, I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away by the flavor of the crab cakes andthe sauce was so delicious with plenty of noodles to eat along with them. The chicken and potatoes were packed with flavor. Thecannoli was absolutely delicious as well, cold, and tasted wonderful. They were very attentive to us, and checked on us plentyof times to make sure everything was going well, the food came out quickly, and overall was a great experience and actuallyexcited to go back and try more food out. Our meal, with appetizer, main course, and desert came out to around $50, which wasn'tto bad at all we thought for the amount of food we got, how great it tasted, and getting an appetizer and desert with it all.
