Delicious and super friendly staff. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is out of this world. Nashville Chicken Pizza is also... great. Also one of the only places around that always has a pizza by the slice offering. Read more
I got a tip from a friend to try Lombardi's the other day, and finally got around to trying it today. Let me tell ya folks, this... is hands down the best pizza in the tri state area. The simple pies are my favorites, and the pepperoni pizza tastes like what Iimagined the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pizza tasted like when I watched it as a kid. The Margherita style pizza blew me awayas well. As if it were straight from the loving arms of a tender Italian man named Giovanni. I've tried almost every pizza place in Evansville and Newburgh. If you're from the northeast and feeling homesick for our style... pies this is what you want. I got light sauce and well done crust with pepperoni and mushrooms, and it was done to perfection. Read more
We just got back from a trip from New York, and I realized on that trip that New York style pizza was the best. I was very happy... to find out that we had our own local New York style pizza here in town. My wife used to eat here when they were located inHenderson, and things have not change the pizza was amazing. The garlic knots were great, and who can be mad at cheesecake? Wewere able to get the pizza half baked so when we got home we could finish it off and add the ricotta to it which made a bigdifference given that we live 20 miles away.
