The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. They were very busy during lunch time while I was there but I was still... able to be seated quickly in the service was equally as fast. We were seated right away. Chips and salsa for our party we're brought out quickly. All of us had different eating requirements... that were easily accommodated. Table service was busy, however we're available, accommodating, and quick. Read more
On July 8th 2022 I placed 2 separate orders one for my sister and one for me and my partner. When I got to Los Bravos I paid... cash for the first order and paid by credit card for the 2nd order. I was charged twice for the first order that I paid cashfor. When I got home I was eating my chicken chimichanga and found a bone in it. My partner didn't get his guacamole, that Iordered. $3.65. We called them back right after dinner, and the manager told us to come in on the next day, Saturday July 9th2022, at 11:00a.m. So, we went in to talk to the manager. He told us that he wasn't going to recredit the money that we werecharged for the first order and he said nothing about the bone in my chicken chimichanga. No apologies no nothing. It is so sadthis happened, because we ate there alot. But, since this has happened and got no resolution, we will NEVER eat there again. Ifyou order anything with chicken in it, please check for bones.and be sure you are not being charged twice. Read more
