The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. They were very busy during lunch time while I was there but I was still... able to be seated quickly in the service was equally as fast. On July 8th 2022 I placed 2 separate orders one for my sister and one for me and my partner. When I got to Los Bravos I paid... cash for the first order and paid by credit card for the 2nd order. I was charged twice for the first order that I paid cashfor. When I got home I was eating my chicken chimichanga and found a bone in it. My partner didn't get his guacamole, that Iordered. $3.65. We called them back right after dinner, and the manager told us to come in on the next day, Saturday July 9th2022, at 11:00a.m. So, we went in to talk to the manager. He told us that he wasn't going to recredit the money that we werecharged for the first order and he said nothing about the bone in my chicken chimichanga. No apologies no nothing. It is so sadthis happened, because we ate there alot. But, since this has happened and got no resolution, we will NEVER eat there again. I had the steak. $15 +TAX Gristle and extremely thin. This visit was very disappointing. Rice was on the salty side, No service.... Waiter took our order and nvr seen him again. Staff was very friendly. The food was amazing! I really like the renovations they've done as it really brings some life to the... place. Also I like the virtual menus that they have. Basically they have a barcode on the table. You scan it with your phone andyou can look at the menu from there. It's amazing! And even though they were busy, I didn't once have to look for the waiter torefill my drink, salsa, or chips. Read more

Arrived and was quickly seated and brought chips and salsa. Chips were nice and fresh salsa was alright not my favourite but... still ok. It's more of a blend not pieces of vegetables. I ordered the fajitas on the beach and the person I was with ordered aburrito. The fajitas on the beach was good. Ingredients tasted fresh. It was seasoned well. It was more than enough of aportion to take some home for later. The burrito was good not dry. Enough cheese on top as well. The only thing that wasn'tliked very much was the red sauce. The atmosphere was nice not to loud and not to quiet. You're able to have a good conversationat a nice level.
