Manager/owner: you guys are the OG?s of Evansville Mexican food (1st off). Love your good hands down. This is just to bring... awareness about your staff and cleanliness the past few months. Your mid afternoon shift is extremely lazy. I?ve come ins fewtimes mid afternoon after lunch and during rush hour?. It?s quite different than the past. We had two servers one visit. I sawour first server walking around and talking g and then disappeared in the kitchen. He came to our table twice. We then had afemale server come ask if we needed refills because she saw our cups had been empty for at least 15-20 min during our meal. Shecame back and eventually gave us the check. It was odd. We for about 5% of service as others have stated and still ripped20%. Went in yesterday and we got sat at a table that was really dirty. We eventually just left because nobody even came to ourtable to even take a drink order lol. It was weird. There were a ton of dirty tables around us. It was mid-afternoon and we were hungry but not starving so we wanted to sit cool off and share a platter of nachos and the... waitress just would not check on us very often at all yet constantly checking on the people right next to us. I figured since weweren't going to spend much she didn't think she was going to make much of a tip so she didn't even bother checking on us.shefinally checked on us after we were completely done eating and brought us our ticket. She did an okay job to behind with. I knowyou don't get rich waiting on tables so I still tipped her 20% but we got 5-10% work out of her while the customers all aroundus got her full attention. At one point she was sitting in a empty booth conversing with another employee. We usually eatanother lost bravos and not this one on the east side and love the other places foods and service. We will try this one moretime and if it works out we will go back if not we won't go back ever again. We will go to other loss bravos that we've hadexcellent experiences at. That's for sure! So i ordered the fish tacos and the picture with the foil packets are the one they sent out originally. Let me tell you it was... completely nasty and they used some sort of small little fish nuggets, and they just threw the entire thing onto a plate. Whichin no way resembled the menu and picture that was advertised. It was completely lazy, was sent out with lettuce instead ofcabbage, no red onion and they used raw white onion... flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas and it was build it yourself.They put little to no effort into it. I gave them a second chance to fix this and send me real fish tacos which is the secondpicture you see. Now those were delicious. They used corn tortillas, actual battered fish, and cabbage. The 2nd plate was farbetter and tasted delicious. I hope that you guys fix this bc youre def capable of it. I will be coming back and i will leaveanother review if you guys fixed this or not.
