Once in a while we have to return to McDonalds and have a number 1. The BigMac is still an awesome sandwich. They have really... modernized a lot of their stores. This location was clean and bright and the young man working the register was really nice andhad great customer service skills. It is very conviently located near the interstate. Read more
The door states they close lobby at 10. Called to ask and they said it closed at 9. I explained I can't pull through the drive... thru because I'm in a massive moving truck and they told me I could come to the side door to place the order. Awesome soundsgreat! Well,, they wouldn't answer me knocking on the door so I called back because by now they have turned off all of theirlights and told them I was at the side door. The girl working the counter had the rudest attitude when I placed the order. Shenever gave me a cup for my drink either. First, the drive thru lady had me sitting there in silence talking to myself. Second, my sweet tea had no "sweet" to it... It... taste like the regular tea packet. Third, my fries had no salt on them. My spicy crispy chicken sandwich was very sloppy and thechicken looked old and dark brown. There was sauce all over the packaging. The restaurant on North Green River Rd. is always clean. They are using pressure washer every day to clean the sidewalk, the... outdoor dining area and windows everyday. The food is always hot when you get it. The crew members are always friendly. The icecream machine is always working. We would like to see more of their restaurants do as good a job as this one. If you order at a kiosk and it says sit down we will bring your food they should actually do it. Instead employee screams a... number not on my tent number and has a snarkey attitude when asking if I got a cup? Where would I have got a cup you didn'tserve me like it said you would.....dirty restaurant 3rd worst I've been to in this area. Read more
