Absolutely worthless workers. first took forever to take our order then took them forever for the food. When we got our... frappés they were smalls and we ordered LARGE meals. Got our food and fries were cold and the wrong size. Forgot our saucestoo. When we said something she was rude about it and was rude to the car next to us as well. Highly don?t recommend thisMcDonald?s at all. Then when the manger came out she reached her hands in our bag and complained because we ate half our friesafter sitting there for 30 MINUTES. Afternoon shift here just either does not care about their job or can't understand it! Drive thru cannot handle simple orders.... Other day I ordered plain cheeseburger with just Ketchup happy meal, get home her burger is COVERED in mustard, onions ANDLETTUCE! today I attempted to try them one more time, ordered a spicy chicken with extra pickles, get plain chicken with moreLettuce and mayo than chicken and one pickle. Great service through the drive thru! Friendly & smiling faces, fast, and nice to see an employee care enough to be cleaning the... drive thru window area, taking pride in their job. Went through drive thru to order dinner, ordered simple meals. I got home went to give food to children, was missing g a nugget... meal. My husband went back to get it , asked to speak with manager got major attitude from manager , she asked what we wanted..our meal we paid for would be nice and an apology would be nice. The manager stated she was not on shift when it happened andwalked away. A staff member apologized and got the meal. Some should not be in management. Read more
Had a mobile pick up set up. Took 10 minutes to get there. Waited 15-20 minutes. Decided to go through the drive thru because... didn't want to wait any longer. Lady already giving us attitude when trying to tell them what we were doing. Pull up and givesus more attitude. We pull back into mobile order spot and lady comes out hands us our order, minus a drink, we tell her we needour second drink and she says they haven't had that drink for months. Brings our drink out and it's watered down. We ask for hotsauce and she proceeds to roll her eyes at us. I would call and complain, but I feel like they'd just give more attitude.Horrible service Read more
It's McDonald's. Either you love it or you don't. Fortunately with this location, almost always consistent. Check to ensue... you have everything before pulling off, I've been 'got' two other times from this location before. Aside a missing fryoccasionally, I'd recommend this location over the rest on this side of town. They'll deliver good and consistent if you'relooking for McDonald's. Read more
The newly remodeled McDonald's on burkhardt, in front of Walmart is very nice and very clean and I loved the new ordering... kiosks! I visited on Thursday afternoon after 3:00 p.m. and my food was made fresh and tasted amazing! Something I have notexperienced from McDonald's in a very long time! I ordered a McDouble and a McChicken and an order of fries and a large orangeHi-C. I haven't had a good, fresh McChicken sandwich in about 15 years and this McChicken sandwich was freaking amazing! ThisMcChicken sandwich did not taste like an old piece of cardboard like every McChicken sandwich I have tried once a year for thelast 15 to 20 years. It was tender and juicy and I loved it! The McDouble was equally as good and the fresh cooked fries wereincredible! It's funny, you know... I haven't been a fan of McDonald's food in about 15 to 20 years but, I was very happy withmy order on Thursday afternoon! Perhaps this warrants a return to McDonald's soon! Read more
Ordered a buy one get one chocolate shake. At the second window they tell me "ah we dont do Ice cream"........... so why is it... on the menu available to be ordered?? They were unnecessarily backed up by like 7 customers and when I went in to get the shakerefunded had to wait for at least 20 minutes and I was the first person in line. None of the workers even bothered to greet me,it even appeared like they were just ignoring me honestly. I got a quarter pounder meal. The fries were fantastic. The quarterpounder, and im not 100 percent but im like 90 percent sure was not a quarter pounder patty. Plus it was all slopped togetherand falling apart. Read more
