I walked in and there were already people complaining about the food off to a great start. The people working there start... complaining about the people that were arguing about the food we ask them to politely stop complaining and they don't stop. Theyjust start ranting about how we asked them to stop complaining about the people. Extremely unprofessional staff. Answered the phone with "hello" instead of the name of the business forcing me to ask if I had... the right number. Switched staff on the phone mid order. Come across very incompetent and unconcerned. Read more
Philly cheese steak with onions, mushrooms, mayonnaise, and pizza sauce. Seems pretty simple, right? Not for these guys it's... not. They've managed to get it wrong the last 3 times I've ordered it, and 4 of the last 5 times. When I called to speak tosomeone about it she was insanely rude and uncaring. Prices are outrageous and can't make a simple sandwich correctly. Sad. Read more
Got 2 philly cheese steaks and 2 medium fries...38 bucks WOW. They put pizza sauce on them after we said none and it ruined... sandwich. Like changed flavor and tasted nothing like philly cheese steak. We saw commercial which is why we went. Looks nothinglike ad and for the price we were very unhappy with overall experience and expectations. Medium fry is over 4 bucks and is incup the size of small coke at McDonald's. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! My first time ever eating at Penn Station and the entire experience ruined me ever going... back! My fiancé and I went there since he hadn't been in a while and I wanted to try it. It took almost 30 minutes to get ourfood, every thing about each sandwich was wrong, the bread was hard and tough, and the fries looked like they had sat under aheat lamp for 3 hours, not to mention the entire container of fries were the tiny hard ends of the fries. Both of our meals werecompletely disgusting, especially for the price of them! Both workers in there had long hair that looked like they hadn't washedin days, no hair nets, no gloves, no masks and played on their phones instead of making our food. Entire experience all the wayaround was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! This was my FIRST time ever eating Penn Station and will most definitely be my LAST! Read more

Good food but small club sub, small fries, and a small drink was $14. Far too expensive for a quick lunch. Edit: They replied... for me to fill out a form on their website to pass to their store manager. That's not how this works.
