This is what I paid 30 dollars for!! Terrible very unhappy and hungry!!!! Last time i will EVER order from this franchise location. My pizza was burned and cold , my wings were drenched and soggy in the... wrong sauce. Cinnabons were cold. There was no tamper proof seal on the boxes. Absolutley gross. Never again. What a waste ofmoney. Read more
I always press option two when placing an order. Option one is a no go for me. I can't understand the person on the other side... of the phone. Option two is the actual place of business, and the employees are always courteous and helpful. Read more
The delivery guy was very nice and very helpful. I'm disabled and I'm on oxygen twenty-four hours a day. I was visiting my son... at his new home. My son and my husband were gone 2 the store so I was left there to wait for the pizza by myself. I was sittingin the back part of the house next to my oxygen machine. When the pizza arrived I had to go towards the front part of the housemy oxygen tube disconnected as I was opening the door. The delivery man quickly came in and helped me. He brought the food allthe way to the table and made sure that I was okay and that my oxygen tube was reconnected. Very thankful for his kindness andfor his help. I got a text at 830pm stating my order was out for delivery. I called the store at 920pm because it still hadn?t arrived. I was... given a story about a door dash driver taking the order and then canceling it, was told me order had to be remade and had justbeen sent out the door with another driver. Not once did anyone contact me about the mix up. Then when the food arrived, it wasall cold and had to be microwaved to be able to eat it, which shows the story about it ?being remade? was a complete lie. WorstPizza Hut experience we?ve ever had.
