I know service industry is hurting right now but some things can be helped. Last few orders have just been sad. Not prepared... well, flavor off. Last order took over 35 min to get delivered. Cold and soggy. Ended up throwing into the trash. Read more

We always ask for double sauce and they finally nailed it! It was so good! We ordered the 'ANY' Pizza which is up to 5 toppings.... Ordered beef, regular sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, and black olive. ???? REVIEW #2 Ordered from the app, got 2 pizzas, and8 boneless wings. Food is very good, but they DO NOT provide local delivery jobs. They only use Door Dash. Read more

Just ordered two medium pizzas, and these are just about the best quality pizzas I've had, from any Pizza Hut, ever! Like, these... were Wilbur from The Greencastle store, circa 1992 good. (You had to be there, lol, but he was the best) Read more

The staff at this Pizza Hut has NO good customer service. I received no food. I cancelled my order. The last 3 times I ordered... from this restaurant, my order was wrong and even the manager was rude and HUNG UP on me. "We are too busy to deal with thisright now." And not one single thing we received was right on the last order. There needs to be some SERIOUS training there! Read more
