House salad was off the charts Pizza was good but was a little undercooked for my taste still looking forward to next visit

My husband and I are Evansville Natives, so when we heard that the original Roca Bar had undergone a "facelift", as well as new... owners - we were curious and couldn't wait to give it a try... we were NOT disappointed!! We decided to do carry-out, andordered about 30min ahead of time... When we arrived to pick it up, it was hot, fresh and ready to go!! My husband ran inside topick up our order, and said he couldn't believe the renovations!! It was a slightly long drive home, as it smelled SO good LoLWe decided to try just a simple pepperoni pizza (as we have kids) and they mentioned they had new wings available, so we orderedsome BBQ wings, as well. The pizza was awesome, it had a crispy cracker crust and plenty of pepperoni under a thick layer ofgooey, delicious cheese - I must admit, they even nailed the sauce!! BOTH sauces actually, the pizza sauce was delicious and thesauce on the wings was devine!! Surprisingly, they were the best wings we've had in town in quite sometime!! Ordered from doordash. Got the ham and cheese and wanted banana peppers instead of green onion.didnt get anything even onion... that already comes on sandwich. I just had a baby and I really wanted this. Will never order again. Read more
