By far the slowest Starbucks in the TriState. They never ever get in a hurry. Waiting 35-40 mins for a mobile order defeats the... purpose of ordering ahead. Every time I come here I remember why I rarely do. Read more

I normally stop by this Starbucks in the afternoon and get a Frappuccino, and check e-mails, while passing time to go pick my... wife up at the office, have done this for about 5 months since locating to Evansville from Bowling Green, the past few times Ihave been in this Starbucks it feels unwelcoming and on November 3rd, I came in did the usual ordering & spent ten bucks, andwaited a good 20 minutes for the drink, I know Starbucks can and will always be busy but they didn't seem to busy at this time,the young lady that was making drinks switched places with the lady at drive-thru, and it was going even slower then, I got mydrink after a 25 minute wait & the gal must not be trained correctly in making drinks the Frappuccino had no flavor or taste!For the people saying well why don't you make it at home, I would if I had the machine and knew the proper ingredients to useto make it, but in retrospect the lady that went from drive-thru to making drinks didn't appear to know how to make them either.They tend to move friends drinks quicker! I was really hoping I would enjoy this place, but there's to many other places I canspend money while wasting my time. I will never be back at this location. Corporate or ownership, needs to do some in storywork/training. Shame. Read more

You can never go wrong getting Starbucks. I enjoy the Butterbeer frappe from the secret menu. You will have to give them the... ingredients for this but very yummy. Never disappoints. Read more

Morning shift is so unorganized. They lost my order, she said they had to find it. When i got my order it wasn't even done... correctly. $7 for them to not get the order done right & lose it. Night night was great, fast and efficient. My order was doneperfectly. Read more

Starbucks has great coffee, I do not like the new look inside, the comfort appeal has lost its atmosphere. The oversized chairs,... disappeared, the time to meet your friends - family for a good cup of coffee - catch up has lost its attraction. Staff was really nice! An one of the girls accidently made a wrong drink and instead of throwing it away the manager told them... to just give it away for free. Which I think is awesome instead of wasting products. Read more

My experience tonight was so wonderful. I stopped at Starbucks this morning and got my usual. My son dumped it on the floor when... I wasn?t watching. So sad. I went back tonight before close and just had mentioned the mishap and the manager comped my drink.Rosalyn was very kind and I?m thankful this is where I chose to get my drink this evening. And Nick who was at the window andtook my order was so friendly and kind aswell. Happy to call this my daily Starbucks location ?? Read more
