I tried going back to this Subway several times over the years hoping it would be better since it?s close by. I consistently... left the drive thru with almost nothing but bread. One time I received a half of a slice of turkey on the entire sandwich. It?snot just an off day after that many times. That?s management. Read more

Clean environment! 5th Jan 2021 afternoon staff was the bomb! Only reason 5 stars! Usually I give it a 3 star! Just because of... customer service plays a big role, you upset me as a customer, because you are having a bad day> I loose my appetite and yoursandwich will be tasting bad! I gave this store one more chance after a bad experience. I ordered four foot longs on the app because they do not always honor... the corporate coupons. All of my sandwiches were made wrong. I took them back and explained the issue and the employee asked mdwhat i wanted him to do. I told him to remake them please and he did. I also expressed concern because none of the employeeswere wearing facemasks evem though the customers were. It took them 20 minutes to replace the messed up sandwiches and they helpfour other people before even starting on them again. In the end all but one sandwich was correct. Very disappointed in thisplace. Ita convenient for me becuase i love close, but from now on we will go down 41 to the airport one to get our food. Leasonlearned. Read more

Horrible service, woman working the window had terrible customer service skills. Salad was only covering the bottom of the... bowl. Worst Subway in the Midwest and maybe the world. I would give zero stars if I could. Paid $19.00 to still feel hungry. Thebest part of the meal was the bottle of water. Thank you Dasani. Read more

I ordered a quite large order and did they seemed annoyed even though I was the second car in a matter of 30 minutes. Noone was... wearing masks and I did not receive a a receipt. I also got a Southwest wrap that had barely any avocado. Out of spinach andwhen I told them I didn't want my chicken sandwich heated or toasted they didn't heat the chicken just served it cold which I'venever experienced before. I will not be going back. As a person who works fast food this was an awful experience and we wear ourmasks all day long. It's not hard. This store is going downhill quick! Read more
