Prices were higher than other subways not sure why but it was nice newer subway
Ordered online and drove all the way out just to be told they were out of the bread we ordered.

I went through the drive through, got 2 sandwiches. When I got home I found out 1 of them was completely wrong, I live 20... minutes away. I call the store, tell them what happened and they say they will remake it and refund my money for it. I shouldhave checked the second sandwich before driving home again because it too was wrong!!!!! They made my sandwich something entirely something else than what I ordered. I've never had that in my 30+ years of going to... Subway. That's pretty good odds,except it was my dinner that night,AND my snack on breaks!!( I worked a 12 hours shift with noother way to to get food that night) The cookies were absolutely "amazing" especially the macadamia cranberry nut,with whitechocolate...ok,so I had originally given a 2 stars because of this catastrophic mishap on my belly that night,I however changedmy mind AND adjusted,changed it to 3 stars because of the amazingly,amazing macadamia cranberry nut,with white chocolate,AND thefact-30+ years of service and the one mistake. Order was wrong. Called to get it fixed no answer. Call next day, the manager was rude and said I lied about my food and me... calling and no one answering. Said I could call next day and speak with Mary, she would be in at 7 am. I call twice after 7 am,NO ANSWER! I'm done eating there! I refuse to spend money at a place that refuses to fix their mistakes. This was a waste ofmoney and my dinner! The staff was rude and VERY UNACCOMMODATING! Thieves!!!! After ownership change this year, this Subway quickly went from in my opinion the best Subway I have EVER been to, to the worst.... Its honestly impressive how quickly the decline was. The waits are now long and my sandwich has been wrong the past 7times!!!!!! The last two times was after i sent the first sandwich back and they gave me the wrong one again!!!! You guys haveto do better as a whole group. This is just unacceptable. And I would be embarrassed as an Owner it this was my shop. Read more
