If I could give this specific location less stars I would. I had to go in to the lobby due to my drive through order being made... incorrectly. It all went downhill from there. When I entered the packed lobby I observed the manager walk over to a homelessperson that had entered at the other side of the store and proceed to kick her out of the store. I understand not wanting yourcustomers solicited, what I don't understand was the behavior displayed by staff immediately afterwards. Not only did themanager loudly announce what she'd just done, but proceed to laugh, berate, and joke with customers and fellow staff about thesituation. When I was finally helped, I mentioned that it was disheartening seeing adults act like that. The managers responseto that was yelling at me from across the store and asking why I was being rude to her, cursed at me in front of everyone in thelobby, then proceeded to yell after me as I walked out the door. I will never again visit this location knowing that theseindividuals run this store and act in such a way to customers. Read more
The tables were clean, the staff were really nice, and when building the sandwich one employee in particular made sure the... toppings were evenly spread. It was very appreciated. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service the older lady I'm thinking she was a manager told me I didn't have to come there She was... upset at an argument she had with the lady before me And the fact another Employee couldn't hear my order She immediatelystarted argumentatively talking to Me slammed the window in my face I had two small children in the back it was one of the worstexperiences I've ever had In the previous two days I spent 45.00 in food different Employees But still rude service I will drivethe distance to get better service they won't get a chance to get anymore money out of me I will never return to this locationAll the Employees during the day should be mentally and professionally evaluated I hope they Get shut down until they can findbetter staff Unbelievably rude ???????? the best subway in evansville they still have their diced chicken strips which most subways in evansville got rid of for... rottesiery I'm sorry that type of meat doesn't go well with buffulo sauce and this subway is the most affordable location tooand their are not shy with the toppings please don't ever change you guys rock!!!
