Subway is getting expensive! $20+ for two people! It was good though. Fast service, too.
Seemingly great customer service. Employees were friendly and I apologized for coming so close to close. Got home and one... sandwich did not have cheese but, things happen. I like their new(ish) menu and selections. Read more

Food was great and store was clean. Staff were standoffish but it was very busy so maybe that was it.
We have given this place chance after chance after chance and only because subway is my husband's favorite place to eat by far.... However, this is the worst subway I've ever been to. They are horribly slow, some employees are terribly rude, constantlygetting our order wrong in some way and the last straw was after 35 minutes in line, start to finish, they got our order wrongfor two of three subs and in the third I found a hair in my sandwich tonight. When we pay $30 for our food, I don't think it'sto much to ask for our correct order in a timely manner, without hair. We will not ever be returning and I truly hope thisreview knocks down some of their business. I HIGHLY recommend that everyone go to the subway on N St. Joe by Casey's. They havebeen wonderful everytime we have been there, correct order, fast service and friendly. Please don't give this subway on FirstAve a chance, you will more than likely be very disappointed.
