Like many before have said, I miss the old Taco Johns! Over the last year I've visited about 4 times and every single time the... items were either incorrect or completely inconsistent with what they advertise.. I ordered the new steak quesadilla when itcame out and it had maybe one tablespoon of shredded white cheese and four pieces of steak on the entire quesadilla.. I wasshocked. Today, I ordered super potato oles with extra shredded cheese and a side of nacho cheese, in anticipation for thecheese shortage I'm usually met with, and I'm glad I did. You couldnt even tell there was cheese on them! They also shorted meon the meat; two bites and that was gone. What the heck... I paid over seven bucks for 20 tator tots. It's a total waste ofmoney these days. And this happens. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've finally learned my lesson. ???????? Read more
Taco John's dining room and restroom was really clean. The service was pretty good.. The staff forgot a couple items from our... ticket, but they fixed that quickly once the issue was brought to attention. All the condiments, napkins, and sodas were instock. Good job! Read more
Last 3 times we've gone through the drive-thru (in 1 and a half to 2 months) they've forgotten food we paid for. Ordered a chicken taco salad with house dressing. Got home there was no chicken on it and no dressing???? how did they mess up a... salad? And when I called they wanted me to drive all the way back there like I was lying and they needed proof!????? here's yourproof... 8 bucks for a bowl of lettuce.. Pretty disappointed. There were either 1 or 2 employees working, we had to wait forever for our food. It was pretty busy. Hats... off to the only employee we saw working. He was running the drive thru, cooking and running orders out to all of the waitingcars. He was very nice and professional. The food was mediocre as usual. My favorite, the potato oles, were served fresh andhot! The side of nacho cheese for the oles, I'm not really sure what it was. It was a runny liquid. It was disgusting. I onlydipped my potato ole into it and it looked nauseating. Taco John's.. fix your cheese dip! I feel jipped out of my potato oleexperience!
