This was the first time my fiancé and I have ever eaten at this restaurant. We were discouraged by how empty the place was but... the food was good. The chicken that bacon'd in ranch was good but I do have to say the fries were different in my opinion. Myfiancé had BBQ wings and fries she enjoyed her meal as well. Read more
Went in for brunch. Serving staff was friendly, polite, understaffed and over loaded. You especially felt bad for the servers... getting griped at because the kitchen couldn't get it together and do their job. There were people who got their food beforebefore us even though we ordered before they had even been seated. It seemed no one in the entire restaurant was getting theirfood in a timely manner or the proper order. The kitchen staff had no organization whatsoever when it came to time management.Compared to recent reviews this seems par for the course. We had dinner here one night while we were in Evansville. It was ok. I got the veggie burger and it was super dry, so I only ate... 2 bites. Our waitress was nice enough to take it off the bill. We also got the chicken bacon ranch pizza to go. It was good, butthe way it was cut was kind of weird. Some of pieces were the middle of the pie and had no crust. Wasn?t real impressed and neither was my party. Asked the waitress to put the cole slaw that was supposed to go on my sandwich... to put on the side since I didn?t know if I?d like their slaw. Well. I didn?t. It didn?t even taste like slaw. It was almosttasteless. ): Fries we?re way over seasoned with brown sugar, it was like I was filling up on lemonade & sugared fries. Thechicken was sub par as well for all three of our meals. The appetizer fries were good, but it was so sweet. Which I have a totalsweet tooth but it was almost nauseating to keep eating them. Not to mention the waitress never brought us ketchup. Probablywon?t be back. Everything was ok priced, but the lack of staff around while we ate was kinda disappointing if you neededanything. Went on the evening of a big event. Here's how it went. -- Sat down, ordered drinks and food. Drinks came out soon enough and... food followed. Food came out incorrect. I said it was fine, I just didn't want to get charged for the extra toppings. The servercouldn't fix the ticket because a manager wasn't available. Why is there not a manager the night of big event less than a blockaway? -- Took 30 minutes to get another drink order in. We ordered two drinks just so we could get ahead of the game. -- Took anadditional 20 minutes to get our drinks. Only got 1 of the 2 rounds ordered though. That's fine, just go ahead and bring ourbills so we can get to the show. -- 20 minutes later our bill comes. I'm still charged for the extra round of drinks we orderedeven though we never got them. -- The server is apologetic but says the manager is now back and can remove them from the bill. Isaid okay. -- The server comes back with said drinks instead and the bill is unfixed including the extra toppings. Also, $9 forMoscow Mule is insane. Definitely not worth the $60 + tip spent Server was nice enough. Not all his fault. Management clearlyneeds to get their act together and not put their servers in a position to fail. The service was bad. When my food finally came it was half burnt and no silverware. They brought dirty silverware, we complained... the server took them came back with what looked to be the same dirty silverware that i cleaned better with spilt and a napkin.The manager complemented us and cooked a pretzel for my daughter that was burnt. The Roof Top . Fried chicken bacon and ranch coated in buffalo sauce. The wings are Honey Garlic. The flavor of the sandwich... was ok. It is supposed to be fried with a breading but is basically not breaded and cooked on a cooktop. The bread had a crispbite heavily toasted while the (what I call) fakin bacon was soft with no bite. 2 out of 5. The wing sauce had incredibleflavor. Not overly sweet with a slight note of garlic added. The wings had a crunch to them. They were naked and fried with nobreading.
