specifically asked for my burger extra cooked based on previous experience and my preference and it looked like how they ... always cook it just a greasy barely browned burger...forgot tomatoe on burger and honey mustard dipping sauce for onion rings.onion rings also under cooked and extremely soggy with no crispness. I also didn't ask for a handful of ketchup packages thrownon top of my onion rings condiment packages are exposed to everything and I just don't like them sitting on top of my food. all4 experience at this burger place something has been left off and my food was undercooked and greasy with a nasty presentation.plus the guy I'm assuming was the manager (with his arm in a sling) had very dirty nails ???? We?ve never tried this place before so we decided to give it a shot today as we were visiting Indiana. The burgers weren?t too... bad except they didn?t put any toppings on my husband?s as requested. A little greasy, but they were ok. The guy who took ourorder was African American and had such an attitude like he didn?t want to serve us as this was our first time trying it. Hekept giving us an angry tone and rolled his eyes if we asked a question. We?ll most likely not be coming back here. Read more

Great burgers, fries, onion rings and shakes. We like their burgers better than most chains. They also give back to charities.
Waiting in line looking at the menu the food looked delicious and food was made to order. Got the double bacon with onion rings.... And was very disappointed, the bacon was limp thin precooked soggy sadness. And the onions rings were a soft mush and very oily.Honestly feel like they could have been better had they been cooked with care. Unfortunately I will not be returning for futuremeals. Read more

Was in town for work, decided to order this place, never heard of it, it was just the first place that popped up that we can... have delivered from Grubhub or Uber Eats. I ordered the Irish Nachos. They looked like they were days old (pictures areliterally how I received them) and they had so much salt on them I couldn't even eat them. Waste of money, and I have to try tofind someplace else that is still delivering tonight smh. Very disappointing. Read more
