This place has gotten our order wrong more times than I can count. Always check before you leave! Stopped going for a long time... because it was always a hassle. Wendys on St. Joe was all right. Its in a little bit of a sketchy area, but the food was still fine.The lady got a couple things... in the order wrong,and the sevice was a bit slow. Otherwise it was still good for a common fast food place. Read more
9:15am. Advertised as open. No one answers the drive through. Drive around to the window, nobody there. Doors locked. Four... Employees cars in the parking lot (can't be customers. This locations manager is a bum never any frostys the machine is always "down". The slowest employees in the world. This... location only serves food to paying customers with vehicles if you don't own a car your S.O.L. they wont take you as a customerlobby is never open. I hope to speak to the general manager. I think Wendy's is my go-to big chain fast food burger joint. There's always something new to try (I only go a few times a... year), the ingredients all seem real, the meat has good flavor. The new strawberry Frosty is surprisingly good and the breakfastbaconator is the best fast food breakfast sandwich on the market. This particular Wendy's was very clean, quick, and employeeswere friendly. Read more
I couldn't even get them to acknowledge my existence at the drive thru speaker. I don't care how busy you are, you can at... least say hello and ask the customer to please wait. I waited 5 minutes at the speaker, said "HELLO?" and not a single wordin reply. They were open and present in the building, but won't bother responding to their customers. Used to be the best fast food restaurant on St. Joe, but recently new management has become rude and employees lazy. They decide... when they want the lobby open, causing inconsistencies, they regularly tell me to go to the drive thru and then just neveranswer. Shame on you Wendy's management, get it together it's just cheeseburgers. I mean 5 employees standing around in thelobby telling me it's closed with no indication? Come on. Read more
