When people that came in after us got there food before us, that was irritating enough, but then when you realize they are... eating the food we ordered ( not sure why they didn't realize they were eating something they didn't order) so we had to wait.My boyfriend ended up eating what the other table ordered. Listed on the specials menu "cinnamon french toast with meat". When my plate came... a Debbie Lee cinnamon role cut in half. It... was cold, hard, and stale. I sent it back. The wait staff complained about me sending it back where I could see themcomplaining. They made no apologies for the cold and gross meal and then tried to punish me by telling me they couldn't replace my meal for a long time because there were a lot of tickets for the kitchen. Whatever happened to customer service and pride.Wouldn't you want your customers to be happy with their meal? Who takes a Little Debbie and calls it french toast? Who gets madeat a customer for not liking a cold and stale breakfast? AND you never top off my coffee? Never again!!! Read more
This is probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in quite a while. My friend ordered French Toast that was... rock hard. When she asked to return it and get something else, she was treated like she had done something wrong and anythingelse would take 30 minutes. They also never came to refill her coffee and the wait staff complained about the return right infront of me. For my huevos rancheros, I was given fried eggs instead of the poached eggs I requested. The beans and sauce bothtasted like they came right from a can. But the worst was the totally rude attitude from multiple staff members and no apologyat any time. Go anywhere else for breakfast. Food was very good, saw some old friends there, staff was very helpful ,good time had by all.
Really a excellent menu witha big veriety, prices are reasonable, food is tasty, service is friendly, all in all a great spot!
