*Updating* we have since been back three more times since our previous visits. They have improved substantially. Each of our... last 3 times had superb service and good food. They?re still slow, but they don?t appear to be repeating their previousproblems. Kudos I?ve been to Chili?s 4 times now and each time they?ve had the same problem. We?ve shown up ?pre-rush? timesbefore lunch and dinner. While my family and I were all highly anticipating the opening of Chili?s as they?ve been mostlywonderful every where else, they seem to have a major service problem. Every visit, we?ve had a minimum of 20 minute wait, whenthey?re at 10% - 20% capacity. Aside from one gentleman, the servers seem to like to hide in the kitchen and will draw out yourdining experience for well over an hour. Don?t expect refills. Don?t expect hot food. I?m not sure if it?s corporate throttlingeverything, or if they just don?t fully have their operating processes figured out yet. I?m hopeful they?ll improve over time,but I won?t be back for a few months, at least, while they figure things out. I hope the franchisee reigns in the issue. Read more

I?m only docking a star because it was late (9:00) when we arrived and the food was a little past done. But in no way do I feel... the cooks or the staff took a hit on this one. Keith informed us the the kitchen was short staffed but I feel they even turnedfood out quickly. Kieth was alway busy and very informative on helping us make a decision. Really enjoyed his service. Happy hour with appetizers- Good service from a bartender that also works at another bar in town. Went in for two top-shelf... Margaritas; the ElNino is the best, I think. Good appetizer, SW egg rolls, but no avocado ranch (which makes the dish). I askedfor it by name and got a second cup of regular ranch. Location is new; hopefully they'll learn. Still, a good new option inCasper. I used to live in Chili's home market state, and their food seems on point. Read more

I spent $35.48 for a 10oz steak and 12 little bitty shrimps plus a 22oz beer. Then they tried to short me on my shrimps only 8... on my steak. The bartender was cool and got me my other shrimps. I even tipped him $2.00.. thank goodness I don't eat out a lot. Read more

2nd time in, seated quickly but over an hour after food was ordered before it was brought out, table seated next to us, ordered... ten minutes after us and served before us. Several tables walked out because they had been waiting 45 minutes just to order andhad been ignored. Started with one waitress, never seen her after she took our order and finished with a different waitress. I know it's still new but that's a ridiculous amount of waiting for a quick service restaurant model. Read more

I wasn't expecting much since they just opened the doors a few weeks ago but I was pleasantly surprised. Chicken sandwich was... excellent...chips and salsa were some of the best I've had. Took off one star because one of our meals came out a little cold. Overall we'd definitely go back. Read more

There was a 25 minute wait so we sat at the bar. Savannah and Kayle were the bartenders/waitresses and they were both very good... even though they were incredibly busy. The food was worth the wait but the service was better. Read more

Well I was looking forward to having a Chillies in Casper?. Talk about a huge disappointment! I mean I wasn?t expecting all that... much but what we got wasn?t acceptable at all. We were a group of five and two of ours parties food came out lukewarm at best.When we informed our waitress of this she could have cared less. No offer to refire our food or anything. I managed to flag downa manager and he said he?d take care of it. We got our bill and he had taken a whole $3.50 off our bills for food that literallyhad two bites taken out of it. Another manager stopped by our table after we asked the waitress why such a small discount foruneaten food and this manager actually seemed to care and had the items removed from our bills. I understand this is there firstweekend open. But they need to step up their game. Read more
