Try a different location unless you want to deal with trashy rude staff. I was waiting in line to order breakfast well before... the switch to lunch. I let a nice older man order ahead of me because I had a big party. When we got up to order it was oneminute after they had switched to lunch although the cashier and everyone else had seen I was in line well before the switch. Iordered my singular sausage biscuit. The cashier went to ring me up when a blonde ?manager? walked up and snapped practicallyyelling that they only serve lunch now. How people like this get employed I?ll never understand. That little blonde girl they had handing out orders at 7:30pm today is rude as all hell. Can?t believe these kids think they?re... worth 15 an hour with an attitude like that. Food was fresh though so props to the cook. Read more

My husband brought us home McDonalds. We noticed there was an issue with our food. I was hesitant on calling because I know... there?s already a lot of stress on their plates. It?s hard to find workers and I can imagine it takes a lot to keep peoplearound. But I called and talked to the manager, Robbie. He was so kind, easy to talk to, determined to make it right. He was patient with me and we got to the bottom of what happened to our order. I just want this to be a reminder to call and talk withthe manager if there?s ever an issue. Don?t blast it on social media trying to resolve it. Have a little patience. ?? Read more

Great service and staff. Always enjoy visiting the McDonalds in Evart. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and they... always get the order correct. The recently remodeled the location - looks way better and more modern. Highly recommend. Read more
