I used to work near the downtown crossing location and would go in person frequently. Now that I?ve changed jobs I have not been... able to go, so when I saw they delivered from this location near my home? I was ecstatic! Unfortunately the reviews are accurate. They do not read nor follow directions. I ordered one plate over rice and one over salad. I received two over rice. Iincluded a note to make sure they provide all the included sauces. They only included one. The best part is the sauce and thefact they think only providing one for two regular size plates is sufficient is crazy!! In terms of food quality, it seemed therice had been sitting out for awhile. There were pieces of hard dried up grains with every bite. I have no plans to order fromthis location ever again. I came here at 5pm on 10/13/22, the 2 employees there were very kind and accommodating to what I wanted but the food wasn?t that... great. There was what seemed to be a LADLE spoon, like a SOUP spoon worth of grease in my plastic container under the rice. Thechicken was good, no weird pieces of fat or anything like that but the gyro pieces were huge and not crispy at all. It wasbasically just warmed up. The gyro is so so much better when it?s small and cooked to point where it?s crispy. And the pitaswere practically taken out of a bag. They weren?t warm at all. Read more

I love the food!! There?s no issues with the quality and food but I do have an issue with the employees. When I ordered from BFT... online today, I walked in at the time of pickup and they didn?t even have it prepped and the employee didn?t even know I put anorder in and I had to tell him what I got and then he proceeded to tell me, $12.38. I said NO. Bro I literally walked in sayingI have a pickup order what the !?@$??? This food is so good it?s a shame I never ever get what I paid for. I went in and onlygot one white sauce with my order which is supposed to come with 4 since I ordered 2 large plates. Also didn?t give me extrawhite sauce and crispy onions THAT I PAID FOR ON THE BTF APP. I?m so displeased with the service here. The kid literally wassitting there on his phone not even caring about the orders pouring in and didn?t care to look at what I even got. I?m so upsetbecause the white sauce is my favorite and now I don?t even want to eat the entire plate. I have not been to these guys in a long time nor have I ever visited this particular store before. The guy I dealt with was cool... and eager to please however the product the chicken was very fatty and or cut too small. A few things: 1) If you're relying on a GPS to find this place, you'll end up driving in circles. It leads you close to the... restaurant, but not exact. This is very frustrating, especially for people not familiar with the area. 2) If you've ever been toanother Chicken and Rice Guys establishment, you'll notice how different this one is. You'll walk in and think you must've madea mistake. It looks like they're operating and serving food out of a dirty, old, and run-down rec center. The staff there wasfriendly enough, but overall not a welcoming atmosphere. It's like they get annoyed if you go in and place an order rather thanpicking up an online order. 3) Being a chain restaurant, one would think the food would be the same/similar to all the otherlocations. Not this one... the meat quality is significantly lower. This is probably because they don't even have a kitchen orany other resources a typical Chicken and Rice Guys restaurant would have. 4) I love Chicken and Rice Guys food in general, thisexperience and location really threw me off. Talk about surprised. I stopped in this location at around 8pm on Thursday night. I have never had the chance to try anything... they have but have wanted to a bunch of times but haven't been able. So tonight I stopped in and ordered a small plate to try.Chicken and some pita bread. The young guy was so nice and friendly he explained the options and sauces and put a few things insome microwaveable bowls as i told him I was going to heat it up for lunch the next day. He was really a nice guy to speak withand shows the quality of the staff you hire. I haven't even tried the food yet and I can't get over how great the staff was. Ina time that people in the restaurant business are over worked it was so nice to interact with such a nice guy. I only wish I hadgotten his name and I wish I had employees like him in my business.
