I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl. It said it on my coffee. I didn?t get to taste it because of how small the drive through... is. I get home and take a sip and it?s the French vanilla flavor shot which tastes awful. I get one coffee to start my day everymorning it?s the thing that starts my day and it was terrible. I?ve been to this same location multiple times and they make thesame mistake over and over again. So disappointed and will never be going back. Read more
One star review. The employees have no idea what they are doing!!! I WAITED LIKE 20 MINUTES FOR ONE DRINK, WHEN I ORDERED... TWOOOOOO!!! They also got my order wrong. The workers here have no clue what they are doing. I ordered my drink and they were standing around talking and had to ask them... to make my drinks 10 minutes after I ordered. While I was waiting, one worker, who just walked in to make herself some food andleft, was picking her teeth right in front of me and other customers. Worst Dunkin donuts. Asked for iced coffee and they gave me hot. When I asked them to change it they gave me some old tasting... iced coffee that didn't even come the way I ordered. I see they have new management working there now but they don't seem to bemaking a difference. Read more
