I really wish I could give ZERO stars. The lady at the register was SO RUDE. I've never experienced such rudeness in my life and... then she blamed it on me. So, yes I indeed did NOT buy anything and I cursed her out. She was so rude it made my blood boil. Shehad the audacity to say to me "when you work in customer service you'll understand, it's too early you don't have to speak to melike that." FIRST OF ALL, she was the one being RUDE and I pointed that fact out. She told us to get in line BUT WE WERE ALREADYIN LINE. I happened to work in customer service and have been for the past 7 years ... I'm the ASSISTANT MANAGER for a spa andcustomer service is what our values are about. If you work in customer service should you provide GOOD service with a smile.Maybe I've just been doing customer service all wrong then.
