This store did not get my order correct the 1st time, made me wait 45 mins to give me the correct one and refused to refund my... money for the trouble. I ordered a simple large pan cheese pizza but luckily looked in the box before I drove away. Also, Ireguested contactless pick up but after waiting in my car for 20 mins, had to go inside myself and get my order. Total hassleand not worth the poor job they did making the corrected order. The sauce was too thick at the edges and completely covered thecrust on 3 of the slices, plus the cheese all around did not meet the crust by about an inch. Pizza Hut is my FAVORITE pizza,however, the experience with this store was horrible, horribly handled and tasted horrible. Read more
This place is horrible sat 1 hr and 20 minutes and placed my order 30 minutes ago ! When the app said 15minutes will be ready so... i have so much insight ! 1st the store front ( cashier ) needs someone to teach him how to raise his voice up people can?t hearhim ! He should be making pizza?s maybe this isnt the job for him ! -1 for service he has no clue what he?s doing ! 2nd lady inthe back all the customers are looking she was using her phone in 1 hand while working with the other pay her half her wage! 3rd the screaming and arguments coming from the kitchen we can all hear u !! 4th my pizza was done but the skillet wasnt sothey gave me a cold pizza as well ! Waited 45 minutes for cinna sticks for my kid and they were horrible. Service is also horrible. Don?t waste you money there
I ordered a pizza with creamy garlic sauce. I got marinara. To top it off, the pizza was very poorly cut and I had to tear it... apart to get the pieces to seperate. Thanks for wasting my 300 rewards points with your lack of attention to detail. Read more

This is pepperoni with extra cheese ??????????????? It just tastes like nothing but pasta! This pizza is a disgrace and I will... never buy it again. I already knew but even so I decided to risk it again and it was a total disappointment! Very littlepepperoni and the extra cheese is just an extra charge because there is no more cheese (false advertising). Read more
This is the worse Pizza Hut we have in Everett. I always used to order delivery and pick up without no problems until Now.... Placed an order over the phone, 1 hour passed by I called ?the store? be aware when you call this ?store? someone picks up froma call center. You will not get to speak with anyone at the store. After 1 hour and a half without no food I called for thesecond time to cancel my order. They placed me in hold to contact the store. Was on hold for 17 minutes. I hanged up and calledagain for the 3rd time to cancel since 2 hours have passed. The agent god knows where, gave me a 1-800 number to call to processmy cancellation. Another lady from god knows where picks up. I request cancel and a refund of my never arrived order which was$34 dollars. Lady said she can only take a report And the store manager would contact me. This happened on Thursday December 1.Today is December 5 and no call from no manager. They also had the never to send their delivery driver THREE HOURS after myorder and after I had already canceled. The driver refused to take the food back so I went ahead and throwed it in the garbage.Still waiting for the ?store manager? to call me to process my refund. Read more
