The staff threatened to call the Police on a Young man simply eating his food. He was getting up to leave and three of the green... shirt staff approached him like they were going to harm him. Apparently his scooter which was not in the way was a problem forsome reason. It didn't bother me or anyone else. I think they overreacted to him and made him very uncomfortable by threateningto call the police on him over a scooter. She should definitely be fired for her actions. Read more

I've watched this location go downhill over the past couple of years, but today's experience was enough to detour me from going... back! Service is always garbage with inexcusably long wait times to order, but the food is usually decent (until today thatis). My server just looked at me with a blank stare when it was time to take my order- didn't greet Me or say anything at all.She looked annoyed to be there. As I was giving her my order, her coworker asked her a question. She started preparing my orderwhile responding to her coworker- stopped what she doing to finish what she was saying and then disappeared into the back withno explanation. When she came back out, she proceeded to chat with her coworker again and then walked over to the register. Shehad 2 sides of mac in front of her with my order- I let her know that I asked for one order of Mac and an order of fries. Shewas totally annoyed by this and packed up some fries with a major attitude. I paid for my order and asked for ketchup- shestated "it's over there" while pointing towards the ketchup (it was closer to her than me because its on their side of thecounter). Mind you- those were the only words she ever said to me. No greeting, no explanation when she disappeared, no I'msorry for messing up because I was distracted/ talking to my coworker, no thank you- nothing. In addition to all this...thefood was trash. I've honestly never received bad food from here but today the chicken tasted burnt and the fries were so oilyand soggy that I threw them away. terrible service waited in hour to get served never got my food need a corporate check asap. Im a manager at a retail store i... would never make customer wait that long. Service is bad!!! I came with a group of 2 and they took the order separately, charged one by one?! I was like wdf? Slow and... seems like they don?t know what the hell they?re doing.
