I went to Rare for Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. I shared the Surf and Turf special which was enormous and very... tasty. In the future I would ask for butter to go with the lobster in this special. I would get the baked Mac and cheese sideagain easily as well as the potato purée. We came here for date night from Los Angeles and it ended up being the most delicious and beautiful dinner. The ambiance & vibe... is 5 star. Highly recommend the Tuna Tar Tar, Caesar & the Salmon. I liked my experience and all but there are so many other better places around in the city with a lot better views!!! and the... staff is not so up tight like you can see here. Minus well just hire robots ????????????. I give them props though! ???? Goodwork and cannot be more than thankful for them and the amount of patience they have. Ok back to the place, it is ample but thesound travels weirdly. The tables are so big you feel like one person is in chinatown, the other in Downtown crossing trying tocommunicate and compete with the noise around ????????????. The cocktail and desserts were perfect, but other dishes were just okay for the Christmas Eve dinner. The crab cake appetizer... was wonderful, but the soup was not hot and I didn?t enjoy it. The main dishes could be better, but maybe I should have ordereda ?real steak? instead of the Christmas special. Read more
We ordered three-course holiday dinner set and both agree their deserts and drinks are awesome!! Their services is also great.... There were many people here but it won?t make you feel over crowded. My main entree is the seafood, and it?s quite creative andwith rich and not boring taste. I would say their food material is very fresh and with a certain high quality. If you're a fan of prime rib then you should come on a Thursday. They have a special on prime ribs Thursdays. Princess $46 and... King $65 and comes with whipped mash and vegetables (few pieces). For appetizers we got the seafood fry and shrimp cocktails(the shrimp were huge).
