We got food to-go here at work today for lunch. I ordered the 4 Cheese Mac w/Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders and got absolutely... NONE of the honey pepper sauce on my chicken tenders. Zero. How can you forget the sauce that's literally in the name of themeal? It's the best part and I have none. Luckily lunch was paid for by our company, but if it was me purchasing and picking upI would have gone back to complain and get my sauce. Read more
LAURA took such great care of us. She was prompt and friendly and attentive when our server just kind of left us to fend for... ourselves. She really was the only one that made us feel like our experience mattered at all. Not sure of her position but weappreciated her service immensely. Our server Hannah was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful. The food came out super fast and hot. Will be back soon.
I took my neice out to eat here. She cannot have any garlic or onions or she will have a seizure. We asked before we were seated... if they have anything without or if we could not have any seasoning on the chicken and fries. She didn't know so she grabbed amanager who talked to us like we were stupid. His name was "Noe" we think. He was very rude and inconsiderate and was not veryhelpful at all. Answered our question and quickly walked away like we were wasting his time by asking a (very serious) question.Afterwards however, our food was delicious and fortunately seizure-free and our waitress was kind and funny. But the managermakes us not want to come back if we are going to be treated like that again. Read more

I totally love they're really sandwich the food is amazing they've gotten so much better throughout the years and they have a... lot better of the selection and I love their loaded mashed potatoes it's to die for not bad price either I love the fact thatthey're open to at least midnight even though I believe they have a bar so that part doesn't make sense to me but they will takeyour order and mine's always been to go but they will still take your order like 10 minutes before they close as long as you canget there before midnight and the guy who takes the orders over the phone is very nice great customer service there. I've had myups and downs with Applebee's but the last couple of years it's always been a pleasure. For I remember the first time theyopened one up in Lynnwood I was living right by it and I'll never forget the service there is actually pretty amazing they hadmessed up and didn't bring us our salads and so we got our whole meal for free oh and he forgot to bring us our silverware so itwas worth it cuz I was really poor back then I was about 19 years old I believe Read more
We went on fathers day. Our second choie because Red Robin had a two hour wait. There was no line at Applebee's (now i know... why.) Poor service, far too many staff for patrons. Consistently had to ask other staff for items as our server was no where tobe found. Long wait times between orders, drinks, food & bill (waited 20minutes just for bill.) Food was lousy, chicken wasunder cooked & served wet? Wife's plate was potatoes, broccoli & chicken served dry without gravy. Three small portions on anoversize large plate. Seen prisoners served better food. Applebee's is a great restaurant, just not this location. Stay away. Read more
Updating to add that Christian, I believe, was our waiter in the bar the other night and he was honestly fantastic. He made the... experience better for us for sure! We love the consistency of experience with Applebees but we love the character that folkslike him add even more. Read more
