I walked to burger king since it's right around corner and a friend had borrowed my car only to find out I can't go inside to... order and had to walk thru the drive thru. It was very embarrassing and I don't understand why they would have people have tostand in the cold to order food having to breathe in the exhaust from the car directly in front of u. As if having to walk thrua drive thru wasn't embarrassing enough they took forever to even take my order, not allowing me to order where u normally dobut making me wait til my turn at window. Then after taking my order I had to wait on the side while they serve the peoplebehind me. There is no reason they had to make me wait to order and I am shocked at the fact I then had to let people behind mego all because I wasn't allowed to order ahead like normal. I can't help but feel sorry for people who have to endure thisregularly because they do not have a car. I hope as it gets colder that burger king will stop making their customers walk thru adrive thru since it is not only embarrassing but it's too cold to have to stand outside like this Read more
Drive thru had 4 or 5 cars. Moved rather quickly. First time having the jalapeno cheese bites. Wow. Was awesome. All the food... was hot and fresh. Read more
I'm not sure why I'm being charged for cheese on two Junior Whoppers with no cheese on them and being charged for heavy lettuce... and heavy tomato and getting neither of those. If you're going to take $3.50 out of my pocket I'd at least like to get what Ipaid for. Read more
I would have given it a 5 but as usual; they made it the regular way. So, I had to take it back to have it done right. The... burger was hot and the nuggets were crisp not chewy. So, overall good establishment. Read more
Burger King is quickly becoming the worst fast food place to visit in my book. They consistently, without fail, manage to mess... up my order every single time. The last 3 times, they've messed up my order somehow. And with the lobby closed, getting help isridiculous. I don't recommend going here at all, and that's a shame because I absolutely love the Whopper. Read more
Fries were cold, couldn't get a milkshake and it took a really long time to get our order. We weren't given straws for our... drinks or any napkins, nor were we offered ketchup or anything for our fries. The most underwhelming food I've had in a verylong time, they used to be fairly good. Read more
We went to BK that hasn't failed us until today we had more stuff on our order that was fine but our spicy chicken sandwiches... were not, they were far from fine one was tiny and the other was extra extra crispy and dry. We had replacement ones and theywere both extra crispy and dry at that point I was starving and wasn't about to wait 10 more min for new ones so we ate them. Igive props to the employee that was very understanding when I showed him the sandwiches and instantly order new ones withoutquestion. Read more
