Every time we go here we always get the best service and fresh food. Our order is 99% of the time right. The crew are humans,... humans make mistakes. It happens. The store is always clean. The drive thru isn't horrible when they're busy. Better thanaverage wait times. The staff is always friendly and kind. We just always have a good experience here. I'm not a huge fan offast food, but I do like this location. 5 stars for us!! Thank you guys and gals for always making our experience a good one.We're actually heading out there in a few minutes lol. Read more

Ordered using mobile app and picked up at drive through. App is amazing, easy to use and easy to customize food. Great deals in... the app. Spicy chicken sandwich was good. Huge chicken patty, delicious, crispy, juicy and tender. 8 count Chicken nuggets washot, crispy and delicious ???? they are 100 times better than McD nuggets. Quick and friendly service ????????. I ordered a bacon king, it came so soaked in HAMBURGER GREASE that not only was the bottom of the bag so saturated with grease,... the grease poured out of the wrapper. This spilled over my passenger car seat. This business wants to pay for car detailingapparently. I have hamburger grease across my seat and floor, I?m so ticked off this isn?t even funny. I?m a door dash driver and the first time I picked up from this location they missed 3 items out of an order and made me lose my... entire tip. Got an order from them just now and checked the bag and of course it?s missing an item. I waited 20 minutes in thedrive thru initially. So I knock on the door and they keep waiving me away after I told them THEY forgot an item. At this pointthe drive thru is even LONGER now and would have taken over 30 minutes! I placed a complaint with customer service because thisneeds to be addressed! I shouldn?t be losing money because of their incompetence to double check and order while bagging it!From here forward I?m declining all orders from Burger King due to their TERRIBLE customer service! So I got this! It doesn?t look horrible but it is? The sandwich itself has a hard Croissant. It almost seems like they put in... the microwave. I would?ve given a review with my receipt but they didn?t give me a receipt! So much for getting what you payfor. Read more

This is a review as much as it is a helping hand for the team. Been open for just over a week now. And I've mostly gone to the... drive-thru. But the kiddos wanted to eat inside. So this is our tale of eating inside the new BK on Evergreen way, across fromFred Meyer. Firstly, the manager seemed out of place. Dressed in a suit with 2 watches on (one gold) and was very focused ongetting drive-thru times down. And while he was leading by example, and helping during the busiest time (dinner). He was alsobypassing paying attention to anything other than drive-thru. In the pics, you'll see that there weren't any lids for our cups.And when I asked the cashier for some lids, she went to go find them after assisting the customer she was with. Which is whenthe manager said, ignore the lids and help get these orders out the window. I even explained that I was the customer that askedfor the lids. And asked if he was the manager (which was obvious by the way he dressed) but still. He replied yes, I explainedthat I asked for the lids, he asked how many. I asked for 4, and he grabbed them from the drive-thru area, before returning tofocusing on those orders. As a previous fast food worker and manager. I get it, drive-thru times are how you as the managerget your pay/bonuses. So while some might say that I'm going to look down on the employees or how the manager ran hisstore. This is simply a cry for help for them, along with the review. So, if you're in Everett, and need work. And don't mindworking in the fast food industry. This place needs help, they need more staff. Not happy one bit. Got my nornal spicy chicken jr and there was no sauce on it so i took it back and the MANAGER gave me a cup... with sauce and told me to do it myself all of our sandwiches had little to no sauce pattys were dry.i didnt come here to have tomake my own chicken sandwitch emplyees are rude.
