Awful place , The customer service is horrible served raw food (lobster and clams ) . New owners, old owners were way better.... New owners argued with me about the raw food when they even offered to take the lobster back and reheat so it didn't go towaste. Clams weren't cooked all the way and taste like dirt...horrible experience , we have been coming here for years...neveragain!!! Read more

I am from Texas, so maybe the boils are different around here, however I found it thoroughly OK, customer service wasn?t great,... and it was way too expensive for the quality. They don?t even include what?s normally included(potatoes and corn) the sausagewas also Italian sausage, when it is supposed to be andouille. Read more
The woman receptionist or whoever answers the phone gave one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She called... me back to inform me I had to pay double because of a "miscommunication" between their staff. Very dismissive and had a hugeattitude problem. If you or your staff give different prices you have to honour that. Don't go here if you want to be rippedoff. Read more
Updated review: If you have out of town guests who are ready to eat seafood, you have to order their combo seafood pour. We tend... to get all of the flavors mixed together with clams, shrimp, and mussels. Then a couple pounds of crab with garlic butter.Everyone loves it. We pour the feast into large cake pans on a glass table and they all go nuts. Definitely recommend and weorder often. Prior review: The food here was fantastic. We were greeted promptly and seated. Waters brought and then oystersfairly quickly after. The strawberry lemonade is a must try as they make it fresh with whole chunks of strawberries. We ordered5lbs of crawfish, snow crab legs, and clams in garlic butter sauce. My only complaint is my son's order of chicken tenders andthe beignet (which should have came after the meal) arrived 15 minutes before the rest of our food. The combo comes in a largebag that you eat out of while wearing gloves and bibs! It's a pretty fun time and I would recommend this place for large crowdsor out of town guests!
