UPDATE 11/17/22 after posting this review I was impressed how quickly the manager reached out to make the situation right. While... I wasn?t looking for freebies I was pleased at the offer to send me 4 cards for a free meal in the future. Pretty nice, huh?Only I didn?t receive that, I received 2 cards. Went back to read the email & confirm there should have been 4. I responded tothe manager stating there was an error. I heard nothing. I?m pretty happy with the 2 cards, so it?s not a situation where I?mtrying to be greedy. Had the manager said 2 I would?ve been appreciative. My point is, first the food sucked & then the attemptto make it better wasn?t followed through specifically; which lends me to believe it?s not just a one time thing that thingsdon?t go right from this Denny?s. First bad food, then bad follow through. So if you decide to go & end up having a poorexperience, don?t expect a great follow through on their word either?or, you can choose to go elsewhere & get the experience youwant. Good food & no need for follow through. ???? ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered chicken strips for my daughter through Doordash.When it arrived the chicken strips had been so over cooked they were a deep dark brown and were tough to eat. She had to pickoff the dry outer layer to eat the chicken inside but it was so over cooked it was like beef jerky. Had we been in therestaurant it would have been sent back immediately. Doordash has its benefits but when something like this happens there?spretty much no point in trying to correct it. Between Denny?s and DoorDash it?s difficult to resolve. Have tried in the pastwhen items were missing and Denny?s tells us to contact Doordash since it was through them but call DoorDash & there isn?tanything they can do, they said, the driver was already on other deliveries. Ordered delivery. Completely forgot the bacon in the slam order which was 2 pieces and also the extra 2 pieces I ordered. The... eggs were supposed to be scrambled not fried and the eggs on the other combo were supposed to be over medium and were hard asrocks. All the hash browns tasted like they had been sitting around for 12 hours in grease. So chewy we couldn't even get themdown. Worst $32 ever spent. Read more

Only go here if your baby doesn't cry. My baby was crying while I tried to help him out of his meltdown their staff came out not... to try and help me but instead to tell me it's too loud. The restaurant was packed. Seemed that the staff didn't have enough support for the amount of customers. Multiple customers were... angry. And the staff handled it to the best of their ability. Got us seated fairly quick. Our breakfast was good for the pricewe paid. And we were in and out and on our way. Making room for the next guest to be seated. Read more
The food is good, the service was good. Unless your a fully average height person with walking legs, opening the female bathroom... door is ridiculous! I have to ask help from a worker just to open the door for me. When leaving, I had to jump up to reach thehandle. I am 31 years old female who has a form of dwarfism. Our amazing hostess/waitress, Michelle, got our order perfectly, she went above and beyond! A very bubbly individual with a... great sense of humor, beyond witty, and overall just fun positive attitude. Wonderful experience, would definitely go just to beserviced by her again! My son and I needed to get out. It probably one of the worst service we had ever had. I mean our waitress was fine but we were... sitting There for over 30 min we really wanted to move and get a quieter booth so we asked if we could move. The waitress saidshe had just started working there so she asked the manager. The manager totally ignored us and told her no that we could notmove.
