I asked for a caramel cappuccino, they gave me a frappe, I let the barista know I asked for a caramel cappuccino not caramel... frappe, her response was oh this is really good I promise! Instead of fixing my drink and making it right, I told her I didn?tlike frappes she still proceeded to hand me the drink I didn?t want! After she charged me I asked for a CARAMEL CAPPUCCINO andgave her my card because I wasn?t going to drink the other she gave me, she took my card charged me for my second drink not withthe greatest attitude ?rolling her eyes? and by the time I left I took a sip out of my coffee and it WAS NOT a caramelcappuccino!! This is one of the BEST Coffee ? Stands in Everett and Lynnwood. They always have sweets and treats, including easy breakfast... options. Their monster cookies are the absolute best anywhere!! I highly recommend this business!! Read more
