I asked for a caramel cappuccino, they gave me a frappe, I let the barista know I asked for a caramel cappuccino not caramel... frappe, her response was oh this is really good I promise! Instead of fixing my drink and making it right, I told her I didn?tlike frappes she still proceeded to hand me the drink I didn?t want! After she charged me I asked for a CARAMEL CAPPUCCINO andgave her my card because I wasn?t going to drink the other she gave me, she took my card charged me for my second drink not withthe greatest attitude ?rolling her eyes? and by the time I left I took a sip out of my coffee and it WAS NOT a caramelcappuccino!! It is unsweetened - coffee and milk substitute with ice? ???? I wouldcall but no such option. Can you credit my card back $7? This is one of the BEST Coffee ? Stands in Everett and Lynnwood. They always have sweets and treats, including easy breakfast... options. Their monster cookies are the absolute best anywhere!! I highly recommend this business!! Read more
All the girls are so friendly and down to earth as well as great at what they do! This is definitely my favorite place for drive... up coffee.. My favorite is the espresso ice cream shake. Spend $10 on coffee and donuts and my Donuts were warmer than the coffee. Literally lukewarm coffee. It was disgusting. I don't... even think she warmed the milk. Not coming here again. Super disappointed. As I usually come here. Read more
