This place was so good. Stopped by tonight as it is right next to my house and I was in the mood for Mexican food. I was blown... away. The food portioning was huge and tasted phenomenal. Met one of the co owners who consistently returned to our table to make sure we didn't need anything. It was late in the evening... so we prob got special attention due to being 2 of 6 dining at that time. He was great. We chatted about be the market,business, family and he was knowledgable, outgoing, a personal guy who cares. Thing that was incredible to me was that not onlywas he Hispanic and came from the mountains in a desolate Mexican location and yet was more knowledgeable than some locals. Thekicker was he wasn't more than 20 years old! I commend him in running a business with his family while driving head first in toour economy and market. That kid will go places. This is one of my family's absolute favorite Mexican restaurants. The food is consistent, large portions, and some of the most... delicious dishes I have had in Washington. Chile Relleno is the one thing I ALWAYS have to order; hands down the best item onthe menu. We literally drive 45 minutes, round trip, to order from here despite having 5 Mexican restaurants within 10 minutesof our home because they are just that amazing. Clean, but small, facility and the lunch specials are a great value! Wonderful,friendly staff just tops off the reasons why you should eat here. Read more

Let me tell you if you visit any other Mexican restaurant........STOP. This place is better than ANY other restaurant for... Mexican food. I've tried all in Everett. Watch out all others.
