I went here while all of Snohomish County had lost power, the amount of customers was nothing like I had ever seen before. They... remained organized, friendly and patient. It was amazing, as I probably would have lost my mind. Read more

Very disrespectful experience. I was standing there waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, with no one else in the restaurant,... waiting for my order to be taken. The guy kept taking orders at the drive-thru instead of taking my order. I do not plan toreturn to this location anytime in the future. Read more

I paid $22.95 for a large meal and a milkshake and I think the six piece jalapeno popper! Which is a ridiculous amount of money!... And then when I get home I open my bag and I have regular fries mixed in with my curly fries they were mainly regular fries andI unwrap my burger and it's a double cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickles on it! When I ordered the number 11 or 10ithink,.. it's the homestyle ranch Chicken club sandwich meal with curly fries and a Sprite!! I'll NEVER BE GOING BACK THEREAGAIN! BEST BELIEVE THAT! Read more

I understand this restaurant is open 24/7. I came by at 6:25 this morning but lights were off. The first drive thru sign is... blank. The front door window was very dirty. No hours were posted indicating it's closed. In short, it's not a welcoming place.A customer shouldn't have to guess what's going on. 9/27 - Tried again just because I start work early. It was 6:25 a.m. Doorswere to be open at 6. The two employees said they were closed. The newest guy there, a week into him job, said they opened in"an hour or so." I wrote to corporate - the messaging site that Jack In The Box invites us all to write. Still no response.Today, 9/29, I was walking by on my way to work at 6:45 a.m. Cars we're in line. There's no rhyme or reason to this place. I amguessing they're just open when they feel like it. Read more

Last three times I?ve came in my order is completely wrong. First time I order a combo meal for my boyfriend and all I ordered... was the tiny tacos we get home and no tiny tacos so therefore I didn?t even get to eat anything and I paid for it. Second time Iordered a number 10 (jacks spicy chicken sandwich) that is all I?ll get from here and I drive off get home and it?s acheeseburger. Today I ordered a number 10 with curly fries and a number 6 for my boyfriend. Get home we have two regular friesno curly fries and my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwhich lol? So I call the place to see if they can just refund my card sincewe paid almost $30 for this meal and his was wrong and mine. No answer it just rings and rings. The people inside don?t speakgood English so wondering if they are just entering the wrong meal when I order because they aren?t understanding. Read more

I ordered some food here last night via the app, and I get there to pick up said food. A gentleman, who I can only assume was... the manager on duty, then informs me that they gave my food away to some random woman. I tell them I guess that was fine andthey could just remake the order. He then proceeds to tell me they can?t remake it or issue a refund. At this point, I?m gettingannoyed, and this guy just flat out refuses to do anything about their screw up. He didn?t even offer a half-hearted apology fortheir mistake, just expected me to be okay with their error. Had he apologized or remade the food with no argument or refusal todo so, I would?ve been fine, but instead I?m left without a refund, without my food, and his smug and cavalier attitude.Fortunately, my roommate was in the car, and was able to get a video recording of this guy and his dismissive attitude.
