They refused to fill our order despite the fact we placed the order 30+ minutes before our delivery person came to pick up (over... an hour before closing as well), they refused to replace the items they didn't have in stock (tenders), and because we called toask about the situation, they just cancelled the entire order out from underneath us with ZERO notice, and made our DoorDashdelivery person miss out on making money from our order. They've also burned my family member by giving her an entire containerof nothing but gravy when she ordered mashed potatoes, have forgotten numerous items from in-person/drive thru/online orders,and have HORRIBLE customer service. Kan't Fricken cook. Cold bland tenders soggy fries and 3 bites of potatoes and gravy no drink the only thing enjoyable was the... biscuit. All for like $16 well at least you pulled off the biscuit. Waste of time and money Read more
I would stay way from this place I spent almost 86.00 in this place placing an order and I had missing drinks they did not come... at all and every thing I ordered was short on items that was supposed to be in the meal and the fry's were gross the chicken wasborderline burnt enedible . Avoid this location at all costs, it'll just tick you off when you spend your hard earned money at an establishment that 1.... serve some of the nastiest KFC I've ever had and 2. Has a staff that is just as cold as the food they serve! There is inparticular an old man with a limp and such a nasty attitude for absolutley No reason! He, in a very condescending way repeatedthe lady's name back to me that I was picking up for, multiple times and in a way that made him sound... under the influence ofsomething?! I did nothing but walk in, greet him with a smile, asked him how he was doing and told him who I was there for. Atno time was I rude or disrespectful to give him a reason to act so, belligerent? He then handed my the smallest bag they have,probably a fry bag that he had stuffed past the top turning this ladies food sideways instead of maybe, IDK? OR IT IN A BIGGERBAG? I guess it's rocket science on how to fill a fast food bag now a days! I asked him for a bigger bag so he did could bepackaged properly and not fall over in my car, instead of just handing me a larger bag he proceeds to run his mouth saying abigger bag won't do anything different, I didn't feel the need to explain nor argue with an incompetent old fool who couldn'tsee common sense. The food would 1. be more stable if the boxes were flat in the bag instead of standing up and 2. the foodwould stay hotter as the bag could be rolled down a bit, the bag he attempted to give it to me in had the boxes standing upoutta the bag and wouldn't close. On 3 different occasions I ordered a no. 9 Combo ?. 4 piece chicken strips with mash potatoes and gravy. Asked them to be... sure to give me mash potatoes and gravy and (not) to give me French fries. And on 3 occasions they deliberately gave me Frenchfries instead. So today I am done with KFC and it?s jackal employees. I will never return to KFC unless it?s free. Probablymake sick though. Don?t ever go to the 7407 Evergreen way restaurant. Just bums working there. I?m so angry right now. Wouldlove to push a bowl of mash potatoes and gravy in their faces and ask if they think that?s French fries. Worst overpriced ripoff ever. Run away. 3 times this has happened. They are told on these 3 occasions. They speak English. But they just don?t care.They should all be fired. Sick of dealing with them. No wonder Popeyes gets more business in Everett. I had a 6-piece Chicken Wings (Nashville Hot flavor) with a ranch dip, at this KFC location. Although one may think these to be... ?manufactured? wings, they, actually, are quite incredible! At around 600-650 calories (including the dip) and 35-40 gramsprotein, these wings were just perfect for me. This KFC location was very clean and neat, with all furniture organized properly.The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed my meal here - recommended. ???? Read more
Man O Man, I love me some fried chicken and waffles. The waffles have a donut type consistency. The chicken always has been and... always will be the gold standard for fried chicken. Cole Slaw is beyond comparison to any other restaurants anywhere. Mashedpotatoes always creamy. Gravy just the way the kernel always made it himself. Read more
They were pack had been all day because of the power outage the costumer behind me in the drive up was being annoying to the... employee he handled him very well and was jovial with dispute the rude guy ,I wanted to add something extra to my order noproblem, being so busy and putting up with so many people and attitudes It give them a A+for everything, Thanks guys,!
