I don't like that they are encouraging people to order online/at the kiosk. We ordered ahead with the app, still waited in the... store for 15 min. When the order was finally ready, the worker was rude and impatient. The order was correct, but the nuggetsand fries were not fresh, even after waiting. * EDIT* THIS used to be One of the best McDonald's in the area. Last Friday (7 Oct) I ordered the Cactus meal on the App, they... apparently were sold out and didn't say anything when I picked up the food. When I said I didn't get the full meal, they saidsince I ordered on the app, it was my issue and they can't do anything for me. Well, losing a customer won't hurt them , butthis was so wrong on so many levels. Read more
i dont even know why i even expect any effort by fast food. but if you have the option on app to order ahead of time and when... you show up for pick up they remove the option and make you sit in the drive through anyways. the whole point of ordering aheadis so you get your stuff and bounce. Excellent service. The employees are very attentive every time I go. The problem is the food. McDonald?s food is plain and... tasteless. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. And all it is a small piece of meat with a slice of pickle and spicysauce in a bun. $9. I know is ?fast food? but at least they should put a leaf of lettuce. Unsatisfied. Read more
I absolutely adore it to Hispanic women they're working in that kitchen not only did I walk into a really clean restaurant but... instead of listening to yelling orders at each other and stuff the the place was filled with laughter and I don't have to tellthem to make my food fresh when it came out it was fresh crispy you know well packed in the bag so I don't have to carrymultiple bags cuz I'm walking it was like the lady was playing Tetris in my food bag she fit everything perfectly and I walk forlike 15 minutes and pull my food out and it still felt fresh and nice and hot! total five Stars just because of how welcoming itfelt and how warm it was in there as far as the feeling you get when you walk in but the food was perfect I haven't had servicelike that at McDonald's ever up they're improving Read more
Sadly this store is still suffering especially through the drive thru. The last time I was there, they closed early so I... couldn't pick up my order but the manager on duty was kind enough to give me a gift cert for a future visit. So people whoorder late at night, cut your delivery drivers some slack. If you order from here late at night, EXPECT a wait. I'll keep youposted on improvements. Horrible. Made an online order through the app and checked to make sure they were open for when I got off work at 11pm. I get... there and they have cones for both drive thru even when they said they were open. I also used points I have earned through theapp. I had over 3000, and I'm down to 1600. I also was charged for the food I never got. I sat outside and tried calling themwhile being harassed by homeless people behind chevron with no avail and I have not be refunded. Wow. Just wow.
