Overall had a good experience here. Bloomin' onion was fantastic as always. I feel for the price, my ribeye could have been much... better, but my buddy really enjoyed his filet mignon. The baked potatoes were perfect, and our server did a great job keeping ontop of everything. Read more

Hosts need to seem more, happy, I?m a host myself and when you come in and the hosts are frowny faced and moon tone it?s not... welcoming, they should get more training in the customer service aspect and learn to greet the guest properly to make them feelwelcomed in the establishment. The steaks were good, the booths were big enough for 6 people to sit comfortably. Our serverthough seemed frazzled, it didn?t seem busy but she might have been and I would?ve expected management more then anyone to helpthe staff were it?s needed, like salads manager came by said he?d check on our food but when he came back he didn?t have theright salads for our table so one salad was dropped while we waited 10 more minutes for the other four salads. Neither mine normy father in laws steak was med rare, it didn?t bother me but I could tell it slightly did him. My mother in law wanted agrasshopper blended, the server said the bartender can make a grasshopper not blended though, but my drink was blended and itwasn?t a grasshopper?.It was a good night out with family, but we probably won?t come back here as a group. We went here for our Anniversary. The owner seated us(a very nice man) and was attentive to the customers. Nice waiter. We... had Prime rib, which was excellent ????!! I had the Outback version and hubby had the classic. He loved his also. I was able toorder according to my diet so was happy about that and will probably come back. Read more

I used to give Outback 5 stars. I have recently had to change it to 1 star. Don't get me wrong the food is good but I ordered a... "party 30oz" sirloin cut pack. Weighed it and it was less than 1lb. I ordered an add-on of asparagus for $6.99, I got a total of4 and burnt. I added 2 potato sides at around $11 and could fit both of the potato's on one hand. To top it off added 4 Heinz 57at a total of $2 and got all 4 as seen below. A total rip off and the customer service was by far terrible. They did not see meor acknowledge for over 10min. I payed roughly $80 for this meal to feed 3 people and it could barely feed 2. I will not begoing here again. Read more

I have to say, out visit didn't go perfect BUT the level of customer service when it didn't got them 5 stars. The food was... delicious, our server was busy but still took great care of us and the manager came to us to make sure we knew he cared.Definitely going back! Read more

The foods looks good, however, not so good for eating. My ribs were way over cooked and dry. Wife's steak and shrimp pasta was... good tasting but again, her steaks was overcooked to grey. She ordered medium. There was zero tint of pink in her meats, greyand chewy. Service was excellent. Read more

Best experience at an outback that I have had at an Outback location. My boyfriends steak was cooked perfectly and had desirable... grill marks and sear on the outside. His side of Mac was also great. I had the steak and shrimp pasta and it was great and fullof flavor. The staff was attentive and checked on us frequently and refilled a coke every time it got empty. Pretty weird experience. Came at ~4:15pm on a Saturday. Looks like prime rib has been dropped from the menu. We weren't offered... bread, not sure if they stopped doing that due to the pandemic, although a review as recent as last month shows bread. However,we were asked if we needed garnishes for our drinks? Aren't we paying for that as part of the experience? "Grilled shrimp onthe barbie" appetizer was six cold grilled shrimp on a piece of bread for $15. No silverware provided with the appetizer, had toask for them, then we got more silverware with our entree? My baked sweet potato was a regular potato. Steak itself was prettygood. Steamed broccoli was the best we've ever had at an Outback. Took home a cheesecake with chocolate sauce for dessert, outfavorite dessert from Outback. Was good and exactly as expected, so good to see they haven't completely destroyed everythingabout the experience. Read more
