Assistant manager Jacob had the audacity to keep about 7 people waiting for hours for their food and when asked for a refund... said he "did not f'ing have time for this". Took about 30 minutes to get a receipt proving he did the refund. But we are veryglad we didn't get our food because even the officer that walked in can attest to the nasty conditions this establishment wasin. Read more
Our bread sticks look burnt small and like garbage. Pizza under cooked. Guy with pink hair worried more about playing with his... hair wile not wearing gloves and touching food. I work in the food industry I am ashamed. Retrain your staff. Or loose moneyyour choice. Read more
For some reason, papa johns is the only pizza place that will deliver to my address- even tho all the big brands are on the same... block... I must be in a blackout zone or something... But of the big 3, they are def my favorite! I'm a crust person, and theyhave big, chewy original crust that threatens my diet at all times ????. XL, Double pep every time, and it's even better thenext morning! And I don't care what you think; adding pineapple makes it even better ????. I don't use the free garlic saucethey give you, but I do rip open the pepper and squeeze the juice all over for a lil tang. This has consistently been a great Papa John?s location. I have been coming here for over ten years and I have rarely been... disappointed. Once in a while the bake is a little underdone, but that will happen at even the best pizza joints. You can?t beatthe deals though. $9.99 for a large takeout pizza is always worth it. Read more
You've gotta get rid of that recording I ALMOST HUNG UP JUST as you answered. That is the most ANNOYING thing I've EVER HEARD... along with MANY OTHERS. I know, you would never know right? Just how good business can BE, but how much you LOST. And you blameit on the staffing and how many places are desperate for employees. Ridiculous. Not only when you order wings, do you get a half order of wings and half order of chicken nuggets. But expect it to... be SWIMMING IN SAUCE! Same with garlic knots. Like who taught you to cook, for 1. Also who taught you how to package things thatyou know are being delivered. Poor service. Lazy work. Not good taste. Won?t be back. This places customer service if I could give it a zero I would. This is not the first time that i ordered from them didn't have... a problem until now. Talk to the manager after finding a nail with red glitter in it in my pizza. She argued and pretty muchcalled me a liar then hung up the phone.. never getting my service again. Read more
