When I walked in there was someone that had a angry look on his face which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and he said... what do you want, after I ordered there was a female working with him and when she messed up he told her to go do dishes in theback like a female should while whispering it thinking I wouldn?t hear this happened tonight and I am truly disgusted thatsomeone like that is working there. I usually love the Pizzas I get here. Unfortunately today we order they didn't even remember to put the sausage on our special.... Love the pizzas I got there before 8:30 they already prepping to close I order they were attitude because I came in at 8:30... never asked me what type of crust which we like thin crust but got the regular and then didnt follow my instructions, I askedmultiple times to put pepperoni on top they didn't do it, you shood be not cleaning up at 8:30 or respect the customers until9pm Read more

I just ordered custom pizzas online. They were custom due to a food allergy. I picked up my pizzas, but noticed in the car they... made them wrong. When I went back in, there were 3 people in line and they kindly allowed me to go to the front. The workertried to tell me it wasn't her fault and she wouldn't remake them. I had to pull up my receipt from the online order and showher were it outlined the custom needs. She then proceeded to make all the people in the store's orders and an online orderbefore mine and gave me several dirty looks while I sat and waited. When I asked about it the worker just told me they were busyand gave me another dirty look. It took 26 minutes to correct thier mistake. Used to love this store when it first opened, but over the past few years it has gone steadily downhill. The last time in was... the last straw for me. Called the order in, picked up three pizzas, all in a stack. At home putting them in the oven, thoughtone looked out of place, but my wife ordered one of the various veggie pizzas and I?m not that familiar with all those. Aftercooking, found out they had given us a different pizza than I ordered. Can?t return a pizza, right? So into the garbage it wentand I called the store. They knew they got it wrong but only offered me $5 off my next order. That?s not right, so I asked tospeak with the manager. Guy said he?d take my name and number and I would be contacted. That was weeks ago. No calls. Apparentlythe owner of this franchise doesn?t care. The employees don?t care or aren?t empowered to offer meaningful customer service. Iwill not be back. Always great food, but I'm commenting for the great service today. The team working Sunday March 28, 2021, around 5 pm was... exceptional. I scheduled an online order and showed up slightly early for pick up. They were clearly busy, as I watched a bunchof people enter and exit while I waited for my scheduled time. My chicken bacon ranch that I got on May 26th. Usually go to the Mill Creek store for my online order but decided to come to... Silver Firs location. Big mistake as you can see.
