This is the best individual Pizza Hut ever! Unfortunately not all Pizza Huts are created equally. Thankfully this one stands out... as an absolute gem! The workers in this store will write down your card number and make online purchases. Please be careful! I placed an order for... my siblings at this location. The pizza never showed up and when I called to ask about my order the person asked for the numberI placed an order with . When I gave them my phone number they stated there is no order history for the number and asked if Ihad another number. I let them know that is the only number I have . I asked to speak with the manager who stated his name wasKona( or something like that. He spelled his name really fast and hung up on me when I asked him to repeat because it wasspelled so fast and I didn?t have anything to write with at first). The manager started asking me if I was sure I am calling theright store. At this point I got on my online banking and saw that I received 3 charges from store #036494 (these were thecharges $49.43 $50.29, $50.2). I asked why was I charged three times. Then I saw random charges besides those charges thathappened literally an hour after I ordered Pizza Hut. At first when I read the store number to the manager he said that was nottheir store and I was calling the wrong store. When I asked which other Pizza Hut is in South Everett with the store number036494 , he then said that was their store number. He then asked for the last 4 digits of my card and said he can see thetransactions I was referring to but they are voided. I asked who was the individual that took my order because it seems likethey wrote my card information down because I started seeing random online charges on my card when I made the order. The managerresponded by saying ? I don?t know that answer because that is above my pay scale.? This applies to Pizza Hut in general. Customer service and use of the application have just tanked over the last couple of... years. I went to order ahead of time before the store opened and I just got my order denied after 2 hours. Cool, I got my moneyback, but what about the gift card I used? I used another gift card a couple of months back and the App conveniently crashedduring the payment process and my gift card amount was used and no order was placed. Placed online order at 8:30 this morning to be delivered at noon only to have the restaurant manager call me to let me know that... he didn?t know when my pizza would be here because my order was turned over to door dash. Rude service. Was told food had been delivered. Food was not delivered within specified time. I called the number spiked to... someone and he told me he was going to transfer me to the store where my food was coming from as if I didn't dial the correctnumber. I explained the situation to the guy on the phone and he just started laughing as if something was funny and then saidmy order was sent back out and should be on the way. Didn't explain any thing further. Once the food arrived the driver justleft the food on the porch when I never chose that option online. The only reason I knew the food was out there was because Iheard him walk up. He didn't knock or anything to indicate my food had arrived. It would have sat there and gotten cold.
