I went in to order a venti Americano. I asked Anna how many shots come in the VA. She answered 3. I asked her to add 2 shots.... She gasped in disgust. I asked her is that was a problem for her. She said, “No, that’s just a lot”. It was a bitembarrassing. What if I ordered 5 muffins, would that be a lot. I visited a Starbucks inside a grocery store. Granted it was busy. My hot moch tasted like hot mil I asked the girl to fix it... or make me another one I waited 15 mins until she finished with all the other people. The gal said I'll get to you. I waitedanother 10 mins Then I told her to forget it give me my money back. After another 10 mins nothing I went to the store Managerand complained she was so nice she gave me my refund and a $20 gift card and apologize numerous times. Great overall experience. Very friendly person working the window. Consider your exit while your in line, this Starbucks is at a... major intersection, so if you want to go 99 South afterward, getting on Casino Rd and then turning left onto 99 S is probablythe safest bet. Read more
