Employees have no clue how to ring customers up or make drinks timely. Barista threw my loaf from counter to counter. When the... other one came back from break it got a bit better. But the long blond haired one needs more training before left alone. Read more
I just wanted to say that this location always has very friendly staff who always takes the time to get things right especially... Lee! For many years I've been going to a few locations very close to this one, while friendly seem to get things mixed up on aregular basis and I greatly appreciate that this has never been a problem here. Certainly worth taking the extra time to go thislocation. Read more
Horrible customer service!! The employees need to be trained properly they did not know how to make any drinks. Felt so bad for... the poor kid making the drinks he looked so lost. Paid for extra sauce and barely received enough for the normal drink. Read more
I will never go back here. I ordered a hot grande coffee, when I pulled up the the window they gave me a tall sized drink. I let... them know I ordered a grande. They literally dumped the tall drink into a grande sized cup and called it good. I asked why thatwas done? I wanted my GRANDE! Coffee. I asked the employee why my cup was only half filled and why did they just pour the tallsized drink into a bigger cup? She said ?that?s how it is, would you like me to add more milk?? I was annoyed at this point, Iwanted my hot eight sized coffee not a glass of milk. Thank you, but I will never come to this Starbucks again. What a rip off. Read more
