I?ve got a big work van, therefore I cannot go drive-thru. Placed a mobile order. Lobby closes at 5 pm. (but there?s no way to... know since it doesn?t say that online or on the starbucks app.) I walked through the drive thru line in order to talk to try toget my drinks, manager let?s me know i cannot walk thru the drive-thru which I understand, but had already placed my orderahead. Manager proceeds to try to tell me I cannot do that and says ?i?ll only do this once? trying to be hostile/argumentativeinstead of trying to understand my predicament. Ended up giving me my drinks which is why I won?t give a 1 star. Read more
Cappuccino please! There's a thing with us locals in Seattle is that we try to support small-business owned coffee shops.... Starbucks is doing just fine financially worldwide without us here in Seattle. However......... I have a free phone service &can't use my phone when I'm away from my, Ziply router. If I'm running around, I can always duck into a Starbucks I getauto-hooked up, see if they have discounts or fun info on their site. So nice that they don't care at all if you don't buyanything. I am partial to the bacon/gouda cheese breakfast sandwich, It's been on the menu since the beginning of time. I'mdissapointed that they no longer have the really good Tarragon chicken sandwich that also used those available. It's the 1stplace that I ever had a Cake Lollipop. Yummo Read more

Some days are good, some days not so. I live just down the street from here and occasionally (usually after little sleep) I will... stop by to get a caramel macchiato. I don't know if it's the barista or perhaps the flavor of the drink has changed. But thistaste like water with a hint of caramel. However, if I were to order any other drinks, it seems to taste original. Read more
Lobby is open for mobile pickup only. ???? Prices are up by nearly a dollar for an Americano but they can't be bothered to let... you sit down. There are more than enough staff to cover the lobby but they are too lazy or too cheap to open it for seatingduring the day. Lame in the extreme. Coffee is still Starbucks. Consistent and what I want. But get back to full staffing orwhatever... and fully open the store or drop the prices since you aren't hiring people or because you are too lazy to have thelobby open for seating. Read more
Gave us a tall drink in grande cup. This location isn?t as clean for a Starbucks.
Inside is clean. Good reusable cup selection. Employees were friendly. Parking is okay. Drink was okay. Drive thru available.
I was waiting for the bus at the Mariner park and ride so I went to the Starbucks next door. The service was great, the coffee... frappechino was great and when I was leaving after I drank my coffee they remembered my name and said by to me. I thought thatwas so nice of them. Read more
